Our Story
A Little Casita, A Lot of Flavor
Mi Casita Tex Mex opened its doors on W Kingsbury St with a simple idea: cook the kind of Tex-Mex breakfast and lunch you'd get at your own grandmother's table. Every salsa is made in-house, every plate is built to order, and every morning starts with the smell of fresh tortillas and sizzling asada hitting the griddle.
Regulars know to come early — the dining room fills up fast once word gets out that the tacos are ready. Whether it's the Texas plate with a choice of three salsas or a classic pork chop plate, the kitchen keeps things simple, generous, and full of flavor.
